Arevik Vardanyan – Operations Manager. Bachelor of Arts from McGill University. Started as a brand Analyst and account manager for luxury fashion, beauty and skincare at Labelium marketing agency in Montreal and Toronto. Joined Lemonade Fashion in February 2019. Since then participated in multiple start up competitions. Winning the following titles, Female Role Model of the Year and E- Commerce Start Up of the Year by Eurasia Start Up Awards, Winner of Digital Technology 2019 – Creative Spark Challenge by the British Council and SSS 2019 Fintech Category Winner.
I am Ani, I am 23. Now I study at the Faculty of Journalism in MSU. I started programming in 15 years. For 2 years I’ve worked as a volunteer assistant at TUMO school, where helped young programmers create their own IT projects. In 2020 I entered the branch of school 42, where together with other students, I develop new IT projects. For example, a mental health app. For about 5 years I have been participating in startup contests and hackathons. Our projects have won more than a dozen international competitions. I love creating startups with large social impacts. I am currently working on a sex education project and a virtual reality app for dealing with fears. I love my projects and give them 90% of my time and 500% of my energy.

I have strong partnership linkages in the region and worldwide. Focused on achieving results. One of my hobbies is climbing mountains. I have been on the top of Biblical Ararat (5,165m) twice and on tops of many other mountains.
